We are seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse to provide primary skin care to residents in a long-term care facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and experience in treating skin disorders, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide primary skin care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physician or Director of Nursing.
- Modify treatment regimens to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN or LPN in the state of Alabama.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
- Knowledge of and interest in the care of geriatric residents.
