Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and innovative Ambassador Agent to join our team at HayMax Hotels LLC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and promoting hotel amenities and services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservations, and ensure a seamless check-in process.
• Provide guests with information on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation services.
• Respond to guest complaints, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Work with the housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations departments to provide a seamless experience for guests.
• Promote hotel amenities, services, and special packages to guests during their stay.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in hospitality.
• Excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
