We are seeking a Part Time Ancillary Staff member to join our team at USANA Amphitheatre for the 2024 Concert Season.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products offered at the venue.
  • Hand out a high volume of lawn chair rentals and ensure they are properly stored when the venue closes.
  • Take transactions in customer-facing areas such as cash to card, or locker rentals.
  • Monitor customer belongings, and open/close lockers for patrons.
  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue - this may include picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, bike racks, metal detectors, tables, and other duties as assigned.
  • Show CARE by participating in venue sustainability efforts such as sorting waste into correct bins, educating our fans about our efforts or collecting recyclables from the lawn before and after the show.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment and diplomacy
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying 25 lbs.+
