About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver/Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and mobility
  • Assist individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management
  • Behaviors of patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility
