Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

This role requires a minimum of 36 months of experience in maintaining and configuring a learning management system, preferably Brightspace. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing technical settings to ensure a seamless user experience across the institution.

• Serving as the point of escalation for LMS troubleshooting, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful LMS transitions and implementations.

• Providing functional and technical expertise to end-users, ensuring they receive optimal support.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A strong understanding of LMS administration and configuration, particularly with Brightspace.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
