Position Summary:
  • Execute welding tasks efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Work Schedule:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM (10% pay differential)
  • Initial Training on 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and layout projects using technical drawings and specifications.
  • Operate machinery to cut, size, shape, inspect, and weld materials.
  • Perform welding in various orientations (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
  • Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift 25-45 lbs.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • U.S. person status required.
  • Preferred experience in TIG welding, though not mandatory.
