Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the design and execution of innovative software solutions.
- Develop and construct both the front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Produce high-performance, scalable, and maintainable code that is well-documented.
- Ensure the application’s responsiveness across various devices.
- Design and implement APIs.
- Identify and resolve bugs, while monitoring production issues.
- Participate in discussions to comprehend user requirements from both business and technical perspectives.
- Conduct unit testing on web applications to ensure quality.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proven experience in full stack web development.
- Strong grasp of front-end technologies including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficient in backend technologies and frameworks such as Python, Flask, and Django.
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
- Understanding of caching mechanisms using Redis.
- Knowledge of web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
- Experience in creating REST APIs using Flask/DRF and integrating with external APIs and front-end.
- Familiarity with source control management systems like Bitbucket, GitLab, and GitHub.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs. The estimated wage range is between $60 to $65 per hour, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
Benefits:
As a full-time employee, you will have access to health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans from your first day of employment. Additionally, you can participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days. We offer 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of parental leave, along with a flexible PTO policy that allows you to take necessary time off for personal or health-related needs.
