Essential Duties:

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's development
  • Ensure adherence to the daily schedule and maintain confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional childcare services

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Qualifying coursework, a degree in early childhood education or child development, or a CDA certification
  • State of Illinois teacher qualifications per DCFS Standards

Compensation:

  • $15.50 per hour (dependent on education and experience)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts from 6:30am-6:00pm
