Responsibilities
  • • Perform and develop routine and specialized laboratory testing • Analyze quality control data and maintain instrument calibration and troubleshooting • Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines • Stay up-to-date with current laws and regulations affecting the field • Participate in performance improvement opportunities and support business development initiatives

Requirements
  • • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Chemical, Physical or Biological Science • Current license in the state of practice (if applicable) • ASCP, AMT or AAB certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist • Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
