About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist - ABA Specialist to join our team at Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services, ensuring the highest level of care for our program participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff members on ABA techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in education, psychology, or related field.
  • BCBA certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing ABA services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
