Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop products on Salesforce & DocuSign CLM(SpringCM)
• Collaborate with Agile methodologies and ensure effective communication
• Work with C4E teams to propagate industry trends and best practices
• Participate in design sessions and provide recommendations for process improvement
• Ensure adherence to quality goals and institutionalize delivery standards

Requirements
• 3-7 years of experience working directly with Salesforce & DocuSign CLM(SpringCM)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce offerings and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Ability to understand and ensure completeness of functional specifications or user stories
• Participation in design sessions and providing recommendations for process improvement
• Adherence to process and quality goals
• Institutionalizing DocuSign CLM delivery standards
• Understanding of AppExchange offerings and awareness of industry trends on SF, SpringCM, and associated technologies
