Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Palmdale, CA. As a key member of our school health services team, you will provide direct and individualized nursing care to students, assisting them in managing chronic health conditions and promoting overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to students, tailored to their specific health needs
  • Assist students with managing chronic health conditions, ensuring they can fully participate in school activities
  • Implement interventions and referrals to promote health and support educational success
  • Advocate for the comprehensive well-being of students, addressing their physical, emotional, mental, and social health needs
  • Develop and lead health education initiatives for students and staff, contributing to a knowledgeable school community
Requirements:
  • Valid CA Licensed Vocational Nurse License
  • Experience in pediatric nursing is highly desired, highlighting your ability to cater to the unique health needs of children
