Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead our Torpedo Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of advanced torpedo guidance and control systems for the US Navy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development and delivery of advanced torpedo guidance and control systems
  • Manage program technical performance, ensuring project requirements are integrated, tested, and verified
  • Develop and maintain engineering plans, risks, and opportunities, following change management processes
  • Collaborate with senior engineering leadership, chief engineers, and program managers to plan, authorize, and monitor engineering work
  • Manage engineering resources, including staff assignments, capital equipment, and organizational interfaces
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Past system engineering background and leadership experience, including cost, scheduling, and technical management
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance preferred at time of hire
