Financial Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Expert to join our team at The Dignify Solutions LLC. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our financial systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing expert advice on financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain SAP FI & CO modules, ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of combined business and configuration experience in SAP FI & CO modules.
  • Strong knowledge of CO in areas such as overhead accounting, co-products, and by-production & transfer pricing.
  • In-depth understanding of BOM & Routings and integration with CO module.
  • Knowledge of CO month-end processes.
  • Strong technical and hands-on experience implementing Finance & Controlling module, including knowledge of make-to-stock & make-to-order scenarios.
  • Expert knowledge of P2P & R2R end-to-end business processes and SAP knowledge.
  • Experience in writing complex functional specifications and configuration documents.
  • Familiarity with all integration touch points in FI with CO, MM, WM, PP, and SD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with team members, business analysts, customers, and management.
  • Experience in manufacturing or business operations, with a solid understanding of business operations/processes.
