We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetician to join our team at Serotonin Anti-Aging Centers in Tampa, FL.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional aesthetic services to our valued clients, including HydraFacial, chemical peels, and microneedling treatments. They will also be expected to engage clients with professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of their skin care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Greet clients upon arrival in a warm and welcoming manner, engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients skin care concerns and goals, and provide informative guidance on our range of services and products based on clients individual needs.
• Skin Care Services: Perform HydraFacial, chemical peels, and micro needling treatments with precision and expertise, tailor treatments to match clients chosen packages, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction, and utilize skills and knowledge to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients.
• Consultations: Conduct thorough skin care consultations for clients, recommend suitable treatments and products to address client concerns, and sell premium skin care products to enhance clients post-treatment care routine.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members, share insights, expertise and best practices to collectively elevate the quality of service.
• Sales and Business Growth: Demonstrate a proactive approach to promoting Serotonin Anti-Aging Center services, packages, memberships and products.
• Professionalism and Personal Growth: Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques and emerging technologies in skin care, attend relevant training sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a licensed aesthetician, with expertise in HydraFacials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions.
• Strong ability to work independently while delivering outstanding client care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of skin care trends, products, and treatments is preferred.
• Relevant certifications and licenses as required by state and local regulations.
