We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Eligibility Specialist to join our team at the Department of Human Services in Arkansas.
In this role, you will be responsible for determining client eligibility, obtaining client information, coordinating services with providers, and preparing information and recommendations.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other divisions and agencies to develop policies and procedures for community-based programs.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong understanding of federal and state laws, policies, and guidelines governing client eligibility for assistance programs.
Additionally, you should be able to evaluate client information, assess client needs, and make referrals.
The estimated salary for this position is $36,155 - $57,668 per year.
