Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg Float Pool team. The successful candidate will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- One (1) year full-time or three (3) years part-time experience in acute care setting preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department
