Dining Services Director

As a key member of the Compass Group, North America team, the Dining Services Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of food service at our client site. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Maintain excellent relationships with the client
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top-quality food for students
- Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
- Act as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community
- BS Hospitality degree preferred
- Three to five years of food service management experience required
- Dining experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial and business acumen
