Job Title: Overnight CounselorWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Overnight Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for residents
- Provide counseling and support as needed, working closely with our regular staff
- Conduct hourly walk-thrus of the site to ensure resident safety
- Participate in medication counts and documentation
- Unlock kitchen and set out food for breakfast
- Attend site meetings and training sessions as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $19-21
