About the Role

Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital - Avon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist Environmental Services personnel to ensure a clean, orderly, and attractive environment in the facility.
  • Plan and direct the work of housekeeping workers to meet the hospital's standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide supervision to housekeeping staff.
  • Manage the Housekeeping Department within the approved budget and hospital goals.
  • Perform all duties of a housekeeping worker as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year supervisory experience required.
  • Minimum three years experience in all phases of housekeeping required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hospital procedures required.
