Job Summary:

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team in Greeneville, TN, providing essential support to individuals with IDD, enabling them to live independently and lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily living activities, including personal care, nutrition, and household management.
• Participate in training activities, promoting skill development and independence.
• Ensure consumer safety and well-being, adhering to Universal Precaution Practices.
• Contribute to daily operations, such as grocery shopping, finance management, and van maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Individual Support Team to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience supporting individuals with IDD is advantageous.
• Age 18 or older.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record are preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Criminal background clearance as required by law.
