Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness

The Senior Leadership Development Specialist will be responsible for delivering leadership training, conducting organizational effectiveness solutions, and designing leadership development courseware. This role requires up to 50% travel to various company locations to facilitate training sessions and support organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Leadership Training: Facilitate engaging and impactful leadership training sessions for employees at various levels within the organization, including flagship enterprise-wide programs such as Develop Your Mark and Leadership Essentials.

Conduct Organizational Effectiveness Solutions: Assess organizational needs and implement solutions to enhance overall effectiveness and performance.

Create Leadership Development Courseware: Design and create comprehensive leadership development programs and materials that align with organizational goals and support leadership curriculum strategies established by the Leadership and Talent Development Program Manager.

Administration and Project Management: Coordinate with HRDs to identify cohort learners, schedule classes/locations, communicate with location coordinators, and manage project timelines.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Leadership and Talent Development Program Manager, Human Resource Business Partners, field HR Managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.

Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

This role requires a trusted advisor and influencer within the organization who has high levels of credibility with leaders and business unit employees. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration and a 'ONE DFA HR' mindset and approach, while managing and collaborating to meet required timelines.
