About This Opportunity

Award-winning Apex Systems is seeking an experienced HB Analyst to join our team in supporting our top hospital client in the Philadelphia area.

This direct-hire role offers a hybrid schedule with three days per week on-site in Philadelphia and an expected salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 annually.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare billing and claims analysis, with experience working with large, complex healthcare implementations and healthcare billing systems.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Develop system specifications, perform system design, and execute system test plans.
  • Anticipate problems, provide solutions to complex issues with necessary priorities, and present solutions to business partners.
  • Manage components of medium to large, complex size billing system projects, provide mentoring of system analysts, and support others on billing system projects.
  • Hold one or more Epic certifications, such as Resolute Hospital Billing Administration or Resolute Professional Billing.
