- Perform Special Procedures such as Venipuncture, Splinting, and Non-Sterile Dressing Changes
- Set Up for Emergency Department Procedures and Assist Registered Nurses as Directed
- Operate Patient Monitoring Equipment and Record Vital Signs
- Perform Phlebotomy and Collect Laboratory Specimens as Ordered
- Demonstrate Competence in Patient Care Responsibilities and Adapt Care Methods to Meet Unique Patient Needs
- Perform Clerical and Non-Nursing Duties as Assigned by Registered Nurses
- Provide Excellent Customer Service and Maintain a Clean and Organized Patient Environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 1-2 Years of Patient Care Experience in an Acute Care Hospital or Military Medic Setting or Active EMT License in Lieu of Experience
- Current BLS Certification Required
- EMT Basic or EMT Intermediate License Preferred or Required in Lieu of Experience
