Painter Job Description

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply paint and other finishes to surfaces according to specifications.
  • Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes.
  • Mix and match paint colors.
  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials.
