Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Leadership: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all scholars achieve mastery of learning objectives.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, fairness, and high expectations for behavior and academic performance.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Utilize formative and summative assessment tools to measure scholar progress, provide timely feedback, and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and guardians to foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional growth, reflecting on teaching practices, and seeking opportunities to improve instruction and scholar achievement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
  • Certification/License: Valid Arkansas Teaching Certificate/License (preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience in Restorative Practices, Professional Learning Communities, and Response to Intervention (RTI) is preferred.
Working Hours

Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
