Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes in Fort Campbell, KY.

As a Pediatric Nurse with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Providing skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from healthcare members and documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements include:

  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
