**Job Summary**

CoreMedical Group is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Long Term Care professional to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and gain valuable experience in long-term care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

**Requirements:**

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
