The Ideal Candidate
You will make a difference every day by delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. As a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, attending to individual care needs, and building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Attend to individual care needs and preferences
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote risk management programs and policies
Benefits and Compensation
We offer competitive compensation based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses (where applicable). In addition to base compensation, we may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, retirement savings plans, an employee assistant program/discount program, paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay. We also offer daily pay and tuition reimbursement.
Requirements
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents, and ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations
- In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $65,000 per year
