Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional educational experiences to learners at Central Arizona College. The ideal candidates will be committed to fostering student achievement and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct a diverse range of welding courses through both traditional and digital platforms.
• Motivate students by employing various instructional strategies and providing constructive feedback on their performance.
• Keep accurate student records and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
• Create and enhance course content while collaborating with fellow educators on curriculum improvements.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at student recruitment and retention.
• Remain informed about advancements in educational practices and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of professional welding experience, along with a current certification from the American Welding Society.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree and possession of an AWS Certified Welding Inspection (CWI) Card.
• Experience in developing educational programs and utilizing innovative teaching techniques.
• Capability to collaborate with external organizations to enhance program offerings.

Compensation:

$900 per Credit Hour
