Electrical Systems Development Manager

At Synerfac, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Development Manager to lead the design and development of electrical systems for a diverse range of projects. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your extensive experience to create cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and integrated project delivery. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment through effective leadership.
  • Site Inspections and Technical Support: Conduct comprehensive site inspections and provide expert technical support throughout the construction phases. Ensure projects are executed flawlessly through your seasoned insights.
  • Design and Documentation: Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure the highest quality standards. Maintain our reputation for excellence through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Expertise: Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal electrical codes and standards. Safeguard project compliance through your deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. Drive project success through strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Mentorship and Professional Development: Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth. Develop the next generation of engineering talent through your experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years experience in the MEP industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification required
  • Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Advanced knowledge of other industry-standard tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenging engineering problems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
