Bowlero Corp is seeking a talented Lane Server to join our team of over 12,000 associates. As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, serving food and beverages, and creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere in our bowling centers.
Key Responsibilities- Take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Learn and relay menu information, promotions, and specials to guests
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met
- Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Set up and stock work areas
- Recommend and upsell the center experience
- High School Diploma (optional)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
