Your Role as a Corporate Paralegal

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be integral in assisting our in-house legal department with critical business operations. Your legal expertise will contribute significantly to our expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze various intellectual property issues, including marketing content, copyright/trademark disputes, and patent inquiries.
  • Perform legal research and provide analytical support to the legal team.
  • Aid in litigation and regulatory processes, including fact-finding and document oversight.
  • Manage responses to subpoenas and other requests for documentation.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience as a paralegal in a corporate environment is preferred.
