Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Trinity Health FirstChoice. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the SICU
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and other data to inform care decisions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state where working
  • Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in SICU or critical care
  • Active BLS certification
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
