Position Overview: In the role of Production Equipment Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include optimizing production line performance, performing quality assessments, and maintaining a secure working environment. You will also have the chance to take on additional duties and pursue career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a high-energy manufacturing environment
  • Operate advanced machinery with precision
  • Diagnose and resolve production challenges
  • Guarantee the delivery of high-quality products
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Capability to lift weights up to 75 pounds

Work Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 6 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage starting at $16.85
  • Opportunities for overtime available
  • Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package
  • $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment
