We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing neighborhood team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing, while following established policies and procedures and providing compassionate care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide medical treatment and personal care services to residents in skilled nursing
- Follow established policies and procedures
- Provide compassionate care to residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document resident care and progress
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
