We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive strategy and transition our organization to a hybrid cloud environment.

As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of talented engineers and guide a diverse set of hosting services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear strategy for the team and its services to internal customers
  • Engage with internal customers to understand their needs and gather feedback
  • Drive automation and self-service initiatives to reduce waste and increase quality
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of transparency and authenticity
  • Facilitate cross-disciplinary discussions to arrive at solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensure operational stability across the global environment, proactively addressing issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional experience (or equivalent)
  • 2 years of management experience

Preferred qualifications include experience with public cloud platforms, hybrid cloud environments, and migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud.
