Position Overview
The Linux/ICAM Systems Administrator is responsible for managing Linux-based Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) applications. This role involves providing essential account management, identity attribute synchronization, single sign-on authentication, and privileged access management services across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing systems administration, technical support, upgrades, and troubleshooting for ICAM applications and infrastructure.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage for Linux/Unix-based system administration tasks to support ICAM toolsets.
- Engage in hands-on administration, overseeing the operations and maintenance lifecycle of security-focused access management technologies.
- Install, configure, and maintain middleware (e.g., Apache Tomcat, Java) to support ICAM functionalities.
- Manage and maintain Linux-based Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Oversee Linux-based SaaS and network access solutions, such as Zscaler.
- Submit Configuration Change requests and supervise ICAM Linux maintenance activities.
- Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities within ICAM Linux operating systems and components.
- Implement major and minor version upgrades for Linux and ICAM systems.
- Manage daily operations for ICAM applications deployed in AWS or Azure environments.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Linux environments.
- At least 3 years of experience with ICAM systems, including troubleshooting, testing, and project management.
- Proven experience in provisioning and deploying both large- and small-scale systems.
- Familiarity with common scripting languages (e.g., SecureShell, JavaScript, PowerShell).
- Strong collaboration skills with vendors to ensure accurate representation of customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or a high school diploma with 18 years of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Skills
- Experience troubleshooting Linux and Windows-based ICAM systems, including network communications.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management solutions, particularly CyberArk on Linux.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with certificate management, including the creation and configuration of Certificate Authority (CA) certificates.
- Knowledge of RedHat Identity Manager (IDM), Satellite, Altiris, and Microsoft Active Directory (AD).

Certifications
- Relevant certifications (Red Hat, Microsoft, Oracle, Solaris, UNIX, etc.) are preferred.
- Security+ certification.
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
- CompTIA Linux+ certification.
- CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian certifications.
