Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing projects from planning to commissioning, including developing key objectives and ensuring their achievement.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and critical path elements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Assist in managing permits, code, and regulatory approvals.
  • Help assemble and evaluate potential project bidders.
  • Assist in coordinating bid processes fairly and professionally.
  • Maintain project records and documentation.
  • Support the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and expenses.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • Experience with design-build, general contractor companies working with multiple in-house engineer disciplines, architects, designers, etc. is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with overnight stays required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
