Greenhouse Coordinator

As a Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of all products. This includes working with the Cultivation Manager to plan for growing activities, preparing space for production, and monitoring growing conditions.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and prepare for growing activities in accordance with production schedules
2. Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions, including humidity, moisture, and temperature
3. Inspect crop to ensure quality standards are met and remove any substandard or diseased plants
4. Perform cloning, harvesting, and curing tasks as needed
5. Operate and maintain cultivation systems and equipment, including lighting, irrigation, and climate control
6. Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures, including state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols

Requirements:

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Knowledge of growing technologies, such as lights, irrigation, soil, nutrients, and more
• Ability to execute techniques consistently
• Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
• Ability to keep to a tight schedule
• Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members
• Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and reach arms above head for extended periods of time
