Sales Director

Job Summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at the Element Palmdale. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotel. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the hotel's revenue and market share goals.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
* Conduct sales calls, tours, and entertain clients to drive revenue growth
* Monitor and evaluate market trends to identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred
* Valid driver's license for the applicable state
* Developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and/or corporate clients
* Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
