ABA Helps, LLC is a unique organization driven by a parent whose journey with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began over a decade ago when her youngest daughter was diagnosed with autism. Our team is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 20 years of experience.

We emphasize parent involvement and provide high-quality care, which we believe are crucial factors in a child's progress. Since our inception, we have expanded nationally, reaching over 100 families while maintaining our core values centered around exceptional clinical care.
The Role
This position involves conducting various assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing, managing, and overseeing treatment plans, monitoring progress, providing supervision and on-site training, support, and mentorship for Behavioral Therapists, and coordinating with schools, doctors, and other providers for collaborative treatment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and FBAs to inform treatment plans
- Develop, manage, and oversee treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide supervision, training, support, and mentorship to Behavioral Therapists
- C coordinate with school, medical, and other professionals for collaborative treatment
Requirements
- Board Certification as a BCBA
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) certification required for Massachusetts
