As a Gynecology Oncology physician at CAMC Health System, you will provide high-quality diagnostic and surgical services to patients in the field of gynecologic oncology. Your expertise will be essential in delivering care that meets the highest standards of medical art and science.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients with gynecologic cancers, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Adhere to all applicable organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain active status with regards to clinical privileges at CAMC.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and corporate management.
Patient Group Knowledge: The employee must possess/obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care as defined by the department's identified patient ages.
Specifically, the employee must be able to demonstrate competency in: 1) ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs; 2) knowledge of growth and development; and 3) understanding of the range of treatment needed by the patient.
Common Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain and document all applicable required information.
- Demonstrate positive customer service and co-worker interactions.
- Comply with the company's attendance policy.
- Participate in the continuous, quality improvement activities of the department and institution.
- Perform work in a cost-effective manner.
- Medical Degree (Required)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
