Bakery Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bakery Team Member to join our team at Jerry's Enterprises Inc. in Chaska. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality bakery products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present bakery products, including donuts, cakes, and breads
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with receiving and merchandising products, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a bakery or retail environment preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
