Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies.
• Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
• Build retail displays to showcase products and drive sales.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities.
• Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and sales.

Requirements

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Resides within 20 miles of Paducah, KY or Murray, KY.
