Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises and leads a team to accomplish organizational objectives.
  • Provides direction to team members through effective goal-setting, performance evaluations, delegation of tasks, and clear communication. Offers constructive feedback, suggestions for performance enhancement, and acknowledges accomplishments.
  • Facilitates the recruitment, interviewing, and training processes as required.
  • Supports adherence to all company Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management System protocols to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Promotes a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conducts regular team meetings to keep personnel informed about policies, procedures, expectations, and objectives. Continuously enforces productivity benchmarks.
  • Prepares, maintains, and communicates comprehensive reports accurately.
  • Ensures superior customer service and effective communication.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree; 5 years of experience in a related sector such as warehousing or logistics; at least 2 years of supervisory experience, or a verifiable equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
  • Experience in inventory management, including cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, replenishment, and organization.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve operational challenges within the warehouse, such as inventory discrepancies and issues with shipments.
  • Capability to operate warehouse machinery safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dock plates.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft D365 and Master Control is a plus.
