At ManTech International Corporation, we're seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Operations Research Analyst to join our team in the Ft. Meade, MD area. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in strengthening our customer's ability to manage their mission authorities in an integrated way across enterprise elements.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) applications with a high level of customer and stakeholder interface in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analyze legal and policy documents related to FISA authorities to extract key information in accordance with operations guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining effective operations and compliance controls during customer stakeholder reviews, integrating laws and policies into modernized processes to achieve mission objectives.
  • Ensure timely tracking and access to critical information for mission operations and compliance purposes is readily available to the customer.
  • Facilitate preparation and verification activities related to FISA applications to the Court in coordination with the customer, key stakeholders, the Office of General Counsel, and the U.S. Department of Justice.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Guides in support of operations, compliance, and policy requirements.
  • Implement task tracking through documentation software (e.g., Confluence and JIRA).
  • Prepare reports, metrics, trend analysis, and briefings targeted to the customer's needs and to a wide range of audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of experience in the Intelligence Community in operations, legal, and/or compliance. Four (4) years of additional experience in operations, legal, and/or compliance may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills and the ability to quickly understand the customer's goals and objectives.
  • Ability to actively engage with the customer to understand problems and innovate solutions based on existing processes and guidance.
  • Demonstrated technical skills in Excel (i.e., proficient in the use of Excel formulas) and the creation of PowerPoint presentations for customer briefings.
  • Ability to work independently and meet customer deadlines under short suspense.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of authorities and SIGINT processes, compliance-related policy, and guidance.
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Current and active TS/SCI with polygraph
