Job Title: Therapist I

At Grafton Integrated Health Network, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist I to join our team. As a Therapist I, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic and counseling services to our students, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess student cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional needs and develop therapeutic goals and objectives for the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
  • Develop and implement therapy plans, sessions, and activities to meet identified goals and objectives.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive environment for students to express themselves.
  • Collect and record behavioral and progress-related data obtained from therapy sessions and other program activities.
  • Evaluate students' achievements and progress pertaining to therapeutic and behavioral programs, documenting progress in quarterly progress reports, discharge summaries, and annual reviews.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • Clinical experience providing counseling services and therapy, preferred.
  • Must be license eligible and have a supervision contract in place.
  • Requires a valid driver's license.
