About the Role

We are seeking a skilled School Bus Driver to join our team at First Student. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a critical role in safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of students on board, providing assistance as needed.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain the bus's condition and ensure it is roadworthy.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with students, parents, and school staff.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Subject to a drug screen and physical.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing.
What We Offer
  • $22.45-$27.10/HR Starting Wage DOE.
  • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus.
  • Completion Pay During Training.

  • Annual wage increase.
