About the Role:

BOWDEN LAW FIRM is seeking a skilled and experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing clients in various criminal defense matters, including misdemeanor cases, traffic tickets, and DOL hearings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in misdemeanor criminal defense cases, contested hearings for traffic tickets, and DOL hearings regarding license suspensions
  • Perform legal research and prepare memos, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Washington State
  • Must be in good standing with the state bar association
  • Mid-Level experience handling misdemeanor criminal cases, such as DUIs and other non-felony cases
